Shipping and Delivery

All estimated shipping times are added to processing times. We offer next-day delivery for orders placed before 6:30 PM from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be delivered within two business days. This does not include Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. We are not responsible for any customs fees related to international orders. We cannot calculate these fees before delivering your order, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information. Shipping fees will not be refunded if you refuse to pay these fees.

Returns and Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the order confirmation, order number, or proof of purchase. We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, informing you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
